Program schedule Sponsorship
You will be pleased to know that planning is underway for a twelfth season of community and cultural events at Kelso Hall. Once again, there will be an exciting and varied program and we can look forward to enjoying exceptional talent from the Chateauguay Valley and beyond in this elegant and historical building. A calendar of events will be available mid-May and will be sent to all those making a donation. You will also be able to access the program on the Kelso Hall website: www.kelsohall.com and you can receive advance notification of events if you supply us with your email address.

Last year, with the help of funding from donations and a grant from the municipality of Elgin, we were able to paint the downstairs of the building.

We hope that you will consider contributing to this worthy community project for the 2011 season. This year, sadly, after a break-in resulted in damage to the doors and in the theft of the beautiful and irreplaceable chandelier in the upstairs hall, we have a special need for financial help. After carrying out the work required to repair this damage, we plan to continue restoration work and improvement of the facilities in the building. For each annual donation you will receive one or more free passes to an event during the season.

The goodwill and energy of the Kelso Hall volunteers make this project possible. Kim Moss oversees the event planning and organizing as well as the restoration and repair work on the building. Ellie Moss and David Drummond are our graphic artists; Noëlla Daoust is responsible for the grant application and secretarial work; Phil Norton maintains our website; George Campbell organizes the monthly Country and Western evenings; Jules and Louise Charlebois create the lovely flower arrangements that you see at each event; Cathleen Johnston and Martha Chodat help with event planning; Nora Quinn does the writing; Robert Wilson is our translator. We warmly encourage any of you who are interested to contribute ideas and time to our project.

All donations will be acknowledged with a receipt from Kelso Hall and corporate sponsors will receive free advertising in our calendar of events, provided the donation reaches us no later than April 15. If possible, please include a digital file on a CD of your logo, or a business card. If we do not receive either of these from you, Ellie will create an appropriate design.

Thank you for your support,
The organizers of Kelso Hall

Businesses must have donations in by April 15th to be included in the sponsor list. The list will appear on each programme. Thank-you for your support!
